Get off I-90 at Exit 156 Crocker-Bassett Road

Head North Towards Westlake Holiday Inn

Take a Left on Clemens Road (First light after bridge over I-90)

Turn Right on Bradley Road

Continue over railroad tracks into Bay Village

Bradley Bay Health Center will be on the immediate Right hand side
